  • 25 ml sunflower oil
  • 500 grams flour (plus extra for dusting)

  3. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about an hour or until doubled in size.

  5. Shape the dough into a loaf or rolls and let rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 230°C (446°F) while placing the shaped dough on a lined tray.
  7. Make slashes on top of the dough and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
