  • 1 package Frozen Potstickers
  • 8 oz White Button Mushrooms
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Green Beans
  • 1 large Carrot (shredded)
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar/Honey
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger (Grated)
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Cold Water

Instructions

  1. Prepare vegetables by washing and chopping them.
  2. In a skillet or wok, steam frozen potstickers with water for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  3. Sauté onions in sesame oil and extra virgin olive oil until translucent. Add mushrooms, broccoli, green beans, and carrots; stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Mix together soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar/honey, grated ginger, cornstarch, and cold water in a bowl to create the sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce over veggies and gently fold in the potstickers until everything is well-coated.
  6. Serve immediately as is or over rice/noodles.
