  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 cups Green & Red Cabbage
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 Brioche or Potato Buns

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, gochujang, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, combine chopped cabbage and grated carrot. Mix mayonnaise with salt and pepper, then toss with the cabbage mixture.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
