  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • ½ small cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • Spices: smoked paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Prepare the yogurt-lime sauce by whisking together Greek yogurt, lime juice, sriracha, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add water as needed to achieve desired consistency.
  2. In another bowl, coat the shrimp with a mixture of smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp for about 2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  5. Assemble tacos by layering shredded cabbage, cooked shrimp, sliced avocado, cilantro, Cotija cheese, and drizzling with yogurt-lime sauce.
