  • 10 grams salt
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 100 grams chocolate chips
  • 60 grams marshmallows
  • 56 grams unsalted butter
  • 4 graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, water, sourdough starter, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl until a shaggy dough forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Perform stretch and fold techniques on the dough while gently incorporating chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  3. Allow the dough to rise for 10-14 hours at room temperature.
  4. Prepare a graham cracker mixture by melting butter and mixing with crushed graham crackers.
  5. Shape the dough by spreading it out and layering with the graham cracker mixture before rolling it up. Place in a proofing basket.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight to develop flavor.
  7. Preheat your oven and Dutch oven to 450°F (232°C). Score the top of the dough and bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
