  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 2/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  2. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes by hand or with a stand mixer using the dough hook.

  4. Divide the rested dough into eight pieces and roll each into thin circles on a floured surface or use a tortilla press.
  5. Cook each tortilla in a preheated cast iron skillet over medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until bubbles form.
