  • 150 g sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 130 g sourdough starter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup mini vegan marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Brown the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until dark golden.
  2. Let the browned butter cool to room temperature.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooled brown butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and sourdough starter until smooth.
