  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Lettuce leaves, chopped
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss cauliflower florets in the batter until fully coated.
  4. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together hot sauce, olive oil, and maple syrup.
  6. Toss baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Assemble wraps with lettuce leaves first, then add buffalo cauliflower, sliced tomatoes, and avocado.
  8. Roll tightly and serve immediately.
