  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cup sliced avocado
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, red onion, and olive oil.
