  • 1 large baguette (preferably day-old)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, artichoke hearts, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Cut a deep V-shaped section from the top of the baguette without cutting through.
  4. Stuff the baguette with the filling and pack it tightly.
  5. Brush the outside with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
