  • 9 oz frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed)
  • 3 oz feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 Tbsp melted salted butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. Melt the butter in a cup and set aside.
  3. Squeeze excess moisture from the spinach and dice finely.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, feta, mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
