  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup canned or jarred artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of bread (sourdough or preferred type)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Sauté the spinach in a nonstick skillet over medium heat for 1–2 minutes until wilted.
  2. In a bowl, mix sautéed spinach with artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Butter one side of each bread slice.
