  • 1 pound sliced pastrami
  • 2 types of Irish cheddar cheese
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 12 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup beer cheese dip
  • Cornichons
  • Spicy brown mustard
  • Green grapes
  • 45 soft pretzels
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • Crostinis
  • 46 shot glasses
  • Guinness stout beer

Instructions

  1. Prepare soft pretzels according to package directions.
  2. Slice the tops off the green peppers, clean them out, and fill with ranch dressing and beer cheese dip.
  3. Arrange small bowls on the board filled with spicy brown mustard, sauerkraut, and cornichons.
  4. Slice cheeses into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Place soft pretzels in the center of the board.
  6. Roll up slices of pastrami and corned beef; stack them on the board.
  7. Fill remaining spaces with grapes and crostinis.
  8. Add shot glasses filled with Guinness beer for each guest.
