  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 8 oz noodles (rice noodles or egg noodles)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes if using to create the sauce.
  2. Coat chicken pieces with cornstarch for texture.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
  4. Add the prepared sauce to the cooked chicken and simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and toss lightly with oil.
  6. Combine cooked noodles with chicken and sauce in the skillet; toss gently.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
