  • 1 cup diced strawberries (about 1 1/4 cup whole)
  • 1/2 cup smashed strawberries (about 1 cup whole)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare an 8 or 9-inch loaf pan by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, sugar, eggs, almond extract, and vegetable oil until well mixed.
  4. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just combined.
