  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 6 oz strawberry Jell-O mix
  • 16 oz strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush pretzels into fine pieces and mix with melted butter and sugar. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch dish. Bake for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip until combined.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled pretzel crust evenly.
  4. Dissolve Jell-O mix in boiling water, stir in sliced strawberries while warm, then pour over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
