  • 1820 jumbo pasta shells
  • 15 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried basil
  • Dried parsley
  • Dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Boil pasta shells in salted water until just under al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. Sauté garlic in olive oil; add spinach until wilted. Let cool.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta, half mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, egg, seasonings, and cooled spinach.
  5. Spread marinara sauce in a casserole dish; fill shells with the cheese mixture and place them in the dish. Top with remaining sauce and cheeses.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
