- 4 ounces crusty whole-wheat baguette
- 1 (6-ounce) package feta cheese, drained and crumbled
- 1/3 cup reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup canned whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 2 teaspoons cold water
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves
- Flaky sea salt (optional)
- Freshly ground black pepper (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush both sides of baguette slices with melted butter and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crisp.
- In a food processor, combine crumbled feta, cream cheese, olive oil, and garlic; blend until smooth (2-4 minutes).
- In a bowl, mix cranberry sauce with cold water until smooth. Spoon over the whipped feta dip.
- Top with toasted walnuts and drizzle with honey and rosemary before serving alongside crostini.
