  • 750 mL White Wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 2 D'Anjou Pears
  • 2 Limes
  • 1 ½ Cups Cranberries, divided
  • 6 ounces Ginger Beer, chilled
  • Fresh Rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the pears and limes, then add them to a pitcher.
  2. Add 1 cup of cranberries to the pitcher and halve the remaining cranberries before adding those as well.
  3. Pour the white wine over the fruit mixture in the pitcher.
  4. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to chill.
  5. Just before serving, top with chilled ginger beer and garnish with fresh rosemary.
