  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 8oz block cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 3.4oz box instant banana pudding
  • 1/3 cup dairy milk of any kind
  • 1 small banana, peeled and chopped small
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafers, broken into pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together light brown sugar, granulated sugar, and melted butter until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then gradually combine with the wet mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add banana pudding mix and milk. Stir in chopped bananas gently.
  6. Spread the pudding mixture over the brownie layer and top with crushed vanilla wafers.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden edges appear and the center is set. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
