  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ¼ cups mayonnaise
  • ⅔ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cubed chicken breasts with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  2. Thread 4-5 chicken cubes onto soaked wooden skewers.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey to create the bang bang sauce.
  4. Reserve half of the sauce for drizzling later and brush the remaining sauce over the skewers.
  5. Place skewers in an air fryer basket or on a baking sheet if using the oven.
  6. Air fry at 400°F for 11-12 minutes or bake at 400°F for about 15-20 minutes (flipping halfway) until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  7. Serve hot with reserved bang bang sauce drizzled on top.
