  • 600 g Apples (peeled and chopped)
  • 100 g Biscoff spread
  • 175 g Plain flour
  • 100 g Light brown sugar
  • 115 g Butter
  • 60 g Light brown soft sugar
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Mixed spice
  • 1 tsp Cornflour (cornstarch)
  • 45 g Biscoff biscuits (crushed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C (350F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine plain flour and light brown sugar. Add cold butter in chunks and mix until crumbly.
  3. Stir in crushed Biscoff biscuits.
  4. In another bowl, toss chopped apples with lemon juice, light brown sugar, cornflour, cinnamon, and mixed spice.
  5. Spread the apple mix into a baking dish and dot with Biscoff spread.
  6. Top with the crumble mixture and bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
