  • 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 4 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp finely grated ginger
  • 1 tsp chili crisp (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Cook edamame in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Slice snap peas and combine with cilantro, scallions, and edamame in a serving bowl. Add lemon juice.
  3. In a heat-proof bowl, mix sesame seeds, honey, ginger, and chili crisp. Heat sesame oil until shimmering and pour over the mixture to combine.
