  • 4 fresh salmon fillets
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup chopped shrimp
  • 4 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • Lemon juice and zest
  • Olive oil or melted butter
  • Seasonings: salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, Old Bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Pat salmon fillets dry and create pockets.
  2. Marinate fillets with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise/sour cream, garlic, green onions, celery, seasonings, lemon zest, and herbs.
  4. Stuff each salmon pocket with the filling; press gently to secure.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter and sear skin-side down in a pan for added flavor (optional).
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 125–130°F (51–54°C).
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving; garnish with fresh herbs and lemon juice.
