Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of fresh cranberries, 1 cup of chopped pecans, zest from 2 oranges, and juice from one orange. Add 1 cup granulated sugar and mix well.
  3. In another bowl, mix 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup light brown sugar, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon nutmeg, and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Cut in ¼ cup cold butter until crumbly.
  4. Spread the cranberry mixture evenly in a baking dish and top with the crumbly mixture.
