  2. Add flour, kosher salt, and olive oil; mix until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1–1½ hours.
  3. Prepare toppings: mince garlic and grate Parmesan. Once risen, pour olive oil into a baking pan and transfer the dough.
  4. Create dimples in the dough using your fingertips. Sprinkle minced garlic, grated Parmesan, and optional herbs on top.
