  • 1/4 cup Low sodium Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Ginger (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
  • Black pepper
  • Thyme
  • Oregano
  • Paprika
  • Red chili flakes (optional)
  • 6 Chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. In a deep mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, vinegar, ginger, garlic, black pepper, thyme, oregano, paprika, and optional red chili flakes.
  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade and coat thoroughly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 24 hours for enhanced flavor).
  4. Preheat the grill over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade using tongs and grill each side for about 6–7 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Rest the grilled chicken for 5 minutes before serving.
