  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, halved
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and brown the cubed chicken.
  3. Add sliced onion, chopped bell peppers, and garlic; cook until softened.
  4. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper; stir well.
