  • 1 lb deli White American cheese (cubed)
  • 4 oz chive and onion cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 oz can fire-roasted green chiles
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, melt the half and half with White American cheese over medium heat until smooth. Stir in the softened cream cheese until fully combined.
