  • 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

  • For dipping sauce: mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and cayenne pepper for the dipping sauce; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, paprika, cayenne pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Prepare the onions by cutting off the stems and slicing them into 12-16 sections without cutting through the root. Gently pull apart the petals.
