  • ½ cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices streaky bacon
  • 1 teaspoon jalapeno hot sauce (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons chipotle mayo
  • 1 jalapeño (sliced)
  • 1 large avocado (smashed)
  • 1 cup pink pickled onions

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crispy and finely chop jalapeños.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped jalapeños, grated cheddar, cooked bacon, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional hot sauce.
  3. Form the mixture into four patties.
