  • 6 oz salami, sliced or julienned
  • 1 ½ cups mini mozzarella balls, halved
  • ⅓ cup sliced sundried tomatoes
  • ¾ cup chopped marinated artichokes
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • Flaky salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup finely grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
