Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 9"x5" loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it lightly.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. In an electric mixer bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice until well blended.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients and milk in two batches until just combined.

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
