  • 8 cups fresh peaches (peeled and sliced)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 stick salted butter (room temperature)
  • 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and butter a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. In the same bowl, combine brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and the remaining cinnamon until clumpy. Stir in oats.
  4. Crumble the oat mixture over the peach filling.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
