  • 4 tablespoons marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 810 slices of pepperoni (or preferred pizza topping)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and slice any additional toppings as needed.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of marinara sauce on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Layer shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni on two slices, adding any extra toppings.
  4. Top with another slice of bread, sauce side down.
  5. Butter the outer sides of each sandwich evenly.
  6. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook sandwiches for about 3-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
