  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 to 1 Tbs. Butter
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbs. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Handful of Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Trim woody ends from asparagus.
  2. In a large pan, place asparagus and add 1 cup of water; heat on high.
  3. Cover and steam for 4-6 minutes until tender yet firm; discard excess liquid.
  4. Add butter, garlic salt, pepper, and grated parmesan; sauté over medium-high until melted and golden.
