  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 teaspoons apple pie spice
  • 1 can Pillsbury Grand biscuits (8-count)
  • 1 cup apple pie filling (small apple pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix granulated sugar and apple pie spice; set aside.
  2. Separate Pillsbury Grand biscuits into two layers and flatten each into a circle.
  3. Combine apple pie filling with cinnamon in a small bowl.
  4. Spoon 1 tablespoon of filling onto each biscuit circle.
  5. Fold sides over filling and pinch to seal; roll into balls.
  6. Spray air fryer basket with nonstick spray; place bombs inside with space between them.
  7. Air fry at 350°F for 8-9 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Dip cooked bombs in melted butter and roll in sugar-spice mixture.
